Be present, take the time to see, to absorb your environment. Close your eyes and try to remember the color of the ceiling, the shape of the clouds, the outfit of your neighbour. Breathe. Enjoy the little things of life. Appreciate the little details of life. Feel your body, listen to your breathe, feel your hair on your face or the grass between your toes.
This is the principle of mindfulness in positive psychology. I love this. Being in phase with your environment.
